Sergio is a psychotherapist, philosopher and poet, based in the U.K. The overarching theme is all his products and services lies in the alchemy behind integrating opposites and becoming whole.

Sergio’s approach is rather unique as he blends together a variety of skills, methods and approaches to offer unique transformational opportunities for his clients and audiences. It lies in the intersection of mental health, emotional well-being, relationship harmony, purpose fulfilment, and energetic self-mastery. Essentially, he helps people bridge their inner Masculine and Feminine polarities to create greater stability, harmony and fulfilment in their lives.

At the heart of his practice is developing this inner union, which then becomes the foundation for our life and relationships. As we heal our inner polarities, we transform our outer relationships. Sergio uses his signature Bridging Polarities Method to make space for you to discover and embody this, enabling you to experience a love affair with life.

  • Voice Coaching & Public Speaking (2010-2015) - I participated in 20 workshops and 3 retreats during a 5 year span.

  • Fanshirt Clothing (2004-2013). For 9 years, I successfully ran (and sold) a multi-million pound clothing business.
