Free Discovery Call (15min)

  • This is a short, private conversation where we can meet online, speak openly, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. You don’t need to prepare anything or know what to say. You’re simply invited to share what’s been on your mind, and we’ll take it from there. There’s no obligation to continue. Sometimes the call leads to working together, and sometimes it simply offers clarity or direction. Both are valuable.

Who I Work With

  • I work with adults aged 18 years and older.

  • I work with both individuals and couples.

Fees & Packages

  • I offer a limited number of 1-to-1 sessions each week to focus deeply on my clients.

  • Price per session — £150 (approx $200 US dollars). Tax included. The session fee reflects the depth and precision of the work, shaped by nearly two decades of clinical and relational experience.

Session Info

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • Online sessions are held via Zoom. For regulars committed to at least three sessions per month, in-person sessions are available in London (UK) if you wish.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to maintain the integrity of the practice. Missed or late cancellations are charged in full, though exceptions can be made at my discretion—for illness or emergencies.

  • Sessions are non-refundable, but rescheduling is available with at least 72 hours’ notice.
