Personal Story

My journey began with a deep and burning question:

Who am I beneath it all?

I was always drawn to philosophy—not just the study of thought, but the pursuit of essence. I longed to discover something unshakable within myself, a centre that could hold through all of life’s changes. I read deeply, but I noticed that while I understood a lot, I wasn’t always feeling it. I needed to go beyond intellect—into the body, into the breath, into experience.

This led me to yoga. I trained intensively in India and encountered states of stillness that showed me who I am at the deepest level. From there, poetry found me—raw, rhythmic, and real. It became my voice, my practice, and my medicine. I began to write and perform as a way of bridging the sacred and the primal, the masculine and feminine, the shadow and light.

I also ran a successful clothing business for nearly a decade. It may seem unrelated, but it taught me how the inner planes mirror the out planes. It grounded me. Alongside that, I trained in NLP, sound healing, and conscious relationship work. Eventually, I felt called to give back—to bring together all I’d lived, learned, and loved.

Psychotherapy became the bridge. It allowed me to connect the transcendent with the everyday. It showed me how the patterns we carry often start in childhood—how the father and mother archetypes shape our inner world. I learned how deep transformation happens not through bypassing pain, but by integrating it with compassion and awareness.

Ultimately, what I’ve always wanted for myself is what I now offer others: an unshakable secure base. A place inside where you are free—no matter who comes or goes. From that place, you can love fully and freely, set clear boundaries, be honest and open, and trust your path.

Today, in my own marriage, I live this every day. It’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve ever known—not because it’s perfect, but because it’s grounded in truth. When polarities are bridged, life unfolds in ways that are both magical and meaningful. That’s what I wish for you.
