Sergio is a relationship coach and psychotherapist, based in the U.K.

Sergio’s approach is rather unique as he blends together a variety of skills, methods and approaches to offer unique transformational opportunities for his clients and audiences. It lies in the intersection of mental health, emotional well-being, relationship harmony, purpose fulfilment, and energetic self-mastery.

His work bridges Western psychotherapy—drawing from existential, humanistic, psychodynamic and transpersonal models—with Eastern wisdom traditions like Taoism, Tantra, Buddhism and the yogic sciences, offering an integrative path to deep transformation.

The central focus of his work rests on harmonising the mother / father archetypes and healing the inner child within. Integrating these Masculine and Feminine opposites allows one’s natural innocence, exuberance and wholeness to re-emerge. This has led to the creation of his own healing modality called ‘The Bridging Polarity Method’, enabling his clients to experience greater stability, harmony and fulfilment in their lives and relationships.

  • Voice Coaching & Public Speaking (2010-2015) - I participated in 20 workshops and 3 retreats during a 5 year span.
