Somatic - Working with your body’s own wisdom to access and release stored emotions, wounds and memories.
Eastern Wisdom - Rooted in Taoist philosophy, the yogic chakra system, and non-dual vedantic traditions—bridging your Feminine and Masculine polarities (Yin/Yang and Shakti/Shiva).
A central part of my approach is healing the inner child and harmonising the mother / father archetypes within. Restoring these inner bonds can bring profound benefits— allowing innocence, vitality and wholeness to re-emerge.
