In our 1-to-1 sessions, I primarily support you in transforming and enhancing the way you relate—with your partner, family, friends, colleagues and clients. If you are feeling misunderstood or stuck in painful patterns, we work together to untangle the dynamics and repair your relationship.

We focus on building the core skills that relationships need to thrive:

  • Navigating conflict without collapsing or attacking

  • Communicating with clarity, empathy, and truth

  • Developing trust and connection with healthy boundaries

  • Learning to stay authentic, available and present—even when it is hard

You don’t need to be in a crisis to do this work — you just need to want deeper connection and a way of relating that honours the needs and values of all parties. In our sessions, you learn how to connect authentically and deeply with others, while also learning how to let go and feel secure on your own. This includes learning how to be vulnerable when needed and building healthy boundaries when required. We focus on aspects of your relationship that could improve, enabling you enjoy a stronger, healthier and and more fulfilling relationships with your partner.
