Together, we explore your inner world, emotions, core wounds, life history—so you can begin to heal from the inside out and reclaim your energy.

My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, meaning it draws from six disciplines to best serve your unique needs:

  • Psychodynamic - Working with unconscious, early life history and attachment styles.

  • Humanistic - Supporting your authenticity, self-worth, inner growth and the fulfilment of your potential.

  • Existential - Exploring freedom, fear, meaning, mortality and purpose in the face of life’s challenges.

  • Transpersonal - Tapping into your soul’s journey—through dreams, creative imagination, archetypes, and transcendent levels of consciousness.

  • Somatic - Listening to and working through the body to access emotion, energy, and stored experiences.

  • Eastern Wisdom - Rooted in Taoist philosophy, the yogic chakra system, and non-dual vedantic traditions—bridging together your Feminine and Masculine polarities such as Yin / Yang and Shakti / Shiva.

A central part of my approach includes a deep focus on healing the inner child and harmonising the mother / father archetypes within. Restoring these inner bonds can bring enormous benefits to the quality of our lives, enabling innocence, exuberance and wholeness to re-emerge.
